Ok, thank you. I really hope is not accurate. The officer said the oath ceremony would probably be in a couple of month. It has been a month since my interview. We'll see.

Same here will be a month on December 25th. I don't know why in el Paso are taking long for oath ceremony.

I contacted USCIS last week and with the help of representative created the service request to talk to Tier 2 agent . The representative gave me the service number. Also, he mentioned that local office is just opened and they are in process of rescheduling  the biometric appointment.

Today when I called them again, representative said that it will take 30 days to process my request to speak to the Tier 2 agent.

Probably because they are doing it in small groups. The officer told me it's only 8 to 12 people per ceremony. And who know how many ceremonies they are doing per month! 😪

Still waiting for biometrics or reusing notice...today is 5 months and literally everyone who I know from same field office who filed in July and even in August  ( Tucson AZ) already got interview date or even became citizen. I don’t know how they process the cases...yes, created requests, called etc. Useless...(

Good luck with this one. I gave up. I never got any call from any Tier 2, though I requested it twice after the first one failed to call. I just got generic email notices.

Let us know if they are in Christmas spirit.

Hi All,

I received my electronic notice of biometrics being re-used today. USPS Informed delivery shows the paper version is on its way too

What I did: I sent a message in myuscis account requesting for Biometrics to be scheduled, and got no reply for about 2 weeks, and then suddenly received this notice saying that it's being re-used.

Not sure if these 2 elements are relevant but I am under impression that there might be someone checked my message and approved for biometrics reuse. (just my guess though).

Good luck!

Got a notice in my email from USPS that I'm receiving a letter from USCIS today. Checked my USCIS account and there's a notice from December 14 regarding biometrics reuse.

I did not call USCIS or contact them any other way since applying in early July.

Sacramento, CA field office.
