I sent a message from my account on dec 1st . No response yet. Called uscis customer support today and automated voice said all reps are busy and that was the end.. the call was disconnected thereafter by them system.

Also @Timona, I checked the spreadsheet but there is no field for biometrics letter announced, so I will fill it in when I receive the letter in the mail 😄.

You can call. Problem is, they will give you a generic answer. Same like all of us.

But you can try. Maybe you will be the lucky one.

 

Just use the magic words "technical problem" at each of the two prompts to quickly get you to a representative.

finally got thru! Thanks everyone for suggesting using magic words "technical issues" because I was connected to rep in less than a minute. The lady was super sweet and said they did request my local office to schedule fingerprints appt in July, but I guess my local office is in no rush. She made another request and hopefully ill hear from local office within 30 days, otherwise I can call again with referral number she gave me.

Fot those who is stuck like me for months try call and good luck!

Just called USCIS (also using the magic words technical support + technical problem), got disconnected first time and was put through right away on the second retry. The person on the line was super courteous and asked basically identifying questions then put in a request for me (that I can see on egov.uscis.gov/casestatus but not my.uscis.gov). He said that I should receive a response by email within 2 weeks with the appointment date! I'm surprised and skeptical since I have filed a service request on the website on November 2nd without any answer so far. I'll keep you I actually get scheduled soon!
