So it has been 133 days since my receipt notice. I sent an email through my USCIS account on November 11th, and never heard back, not even a generic reply. Today I called, and thanks to the useful tips on this thread (technical support+technical problems) I was on the phone with a real person in a couple of minutes. The call in total took 10 minutes, the helpful and efficient person on the phone said it has been more than 90 days that my local office has been open and she will file a service request for me. I will update if/when anything happens!

Just did the same thing. Officer was EXTREMELY nice.

He confirmed the change of address went through (i recently moved nyc > nj), and followed by putting a request of updates for the biometrics.. Really pleased with the overall call and quickly answered the survey they sent and mentioned his name.

Now, waiting 15-30 days for a response :(

Hello. I’ve been a silent reader until now.

Filed N400 July 16th 2020 based on 3 year rule. “Online”

Filed I751 Sep 13th 2019: currently pending YSC Potomac.

so I’ve just tried what cyanmavi posted and I got a similar response. Service request was instated for biometrics of N400 and I should hear something back within 30 days.

I will update on any changes.

For me I got biometrics notice of nov 5th for dec 3rd appointment. FO-Fresno.

Yup this is all local FO dependent. No surprise that Fresno is handling cases exponentially faster than NYC.

Yes! It went very well!

Officer was very serious lol no single smile throughout the interview. My interview was at 2pm, arrived there around 1:45, did the security check and they sent me to the waiting room where they did took a pic of me and fingerprints. I was called by the officer pretty quick, like in 5 minutes.  Asked for my geeen card and ID that's all. Then confirmed my name and date of birth and if i want to change my name. And started the civic test, i answered the first 6 questions correctly and passed the reading and writing test. Then the officer start the N400 questions and told me congratulations, i will recommend your case for approval and we will send you about the oath ceremony. ( it's already been updated on my online account that they put me on the list) i was out of there at 2:09 PM . i would say it took 20 minutes or less.

Welcome to the fray.

This is the same generic response USCIS gives out. Nothing to do about it. It isn't useful.

My USCIS account shows already scheduled Oath Ceremony and letter mailed out. But I can not find this letter in my account. Just curious if we can see  this path ceremony letter  in my USCIS account or not . Thanks

If the letter was mailed out, wait for it. Shouldn't take more than a week

Yes you can, it shows up under the "documents" tab, usually 1-2 days after the status changes.
