Hey, so I had the similar issue and called up uscis representative about this and she fixed mine also provided the latest update. 

 

Uscis online accounts are very slow ,so call representative they will update them

Does anyone has any link to  download? 

If anyone who have attended the interview this time, help others to understand the process, will be very helpful !!.

Hi do you know if you called an USCIS agent or USCIS officer or technical support?i called USCIS and he transferred me to the technical support and the technical support told me they can’t help me with this and all what they can do is restart the password so she told me to call an USCIS officer .im confused.

I just dialed their contact number which had auto responses and all you had to do is mention that you want to speak to a representative and they will direct the call. ( waiting time was nearly an hour though , but worth )

Case update today Sept 24: Interview scheduled. 
 

Filed online. Looks like my field office is Omaha. Waiting for documents to be updated online to see when and where.

My estimated case time of completion is now Apr 2021 from march 2021. Still haven't received biometrics yet. Anyone here has the same situation?
