My earliest accepted filing date is 7/11/2020, I wanted to go ahead and get this thread started if possible! I'm hoping that our wave will not be as impacted by COVID since USCIS is resuming operations June 4th.

It's nice of you to start your thread for pre-application in July but it may get buried under other threads during the time it takes to get to others who will file in July.....just a thought.

Thanks for creating the thread, my window opens July 15th. I do have a question regarding the application . Do you all think or are sending affidavits of bonafide marriage from friends and family with the N400 application ?

I had to send those affidavits for my initial application i-130, but didn’t submit affidavits for my i-751 (which hasn’t been approved)

Thank you, I will keep you posted when my application is sent.

I am planning on applying in July. I have started collecting documents. My ROC was approved on June 17th, so I am waiting to receive my new green card before submitting my application. My window opened in April of this year, but I waited to apply because I did not want a combo interview with I-751 and N400. My I-751 was approved without an interview, so that was the right choice for me.

Looking forward to following all of your journeys! After this, we're done!

I don't think I am going to use affidavit letters. I just collected them for my RFE for I-751 and don't want to do it again. If your other evidence is strong enough, it should be unnecessary.

thank you for your reply, I'll get them and save them in case they ask them for  my RFE.

If you have them available, you should go ahead and include them instead of waiting for an RFE.

Better safe than sorry.
