Information about your eligibility category

Hi!

My now wife came on a K1 visa on 2/1/2020. We got married on 4/3/20. I'm now filing form I-765. I'm confused by which eligibility category is correct, please. (Question 27, Part 2) I appreciate any help.

As long as you are filing it in conjunction with the i485 it is c9.  Otherwise it is a6.
