K1 visa and Brazil travel ban?

Does anyone know if the recent travel restriction on Brazil will bar K1 visa holders from entry?  My fiancee lives in Rio and has a ticket to arrive here in Chicago on June 3rd.

 

Any information/advice is greatly appreciated!

Details appear pretty concrete.   The Proclamation is written just like the ones already in effect for other areas.

Thanks for the info...I got her flight changed to the 28th because that's all that was available only to find Trump changed the order to go into effect today, anyone have any suggestions?

 

One thought was to go meet her in another country for two weeks and then come back to the US together (may Mexico or elsewhere).

That is an option. Ela went from Spain (part of Schengen Area ban) to Mexico for 2 weeks. Then she entered the US via a flight:

Does anyone know what countries still allow Brazilians to enter?  Trying to figure out all of the different options for my fiancee to do a 14-day quarantine so she can be allowed to enter the US.

Mexico, Serbia, and Turkey are valid options. I can't find clear info for South Korea, so I assume the general strict quarantine in the hotel for the 14-day stay applies:
