Thank you!!! I actually just finished reading the entire PDF (it's very helpful, thanks for that) and I read through all the posts in this thread. Super excited. Busy working on Affidavit of Support now (can you tell I'm keen to do what I can for the next part of the process? Haha!)

So pleased to have made it here. Got out NOA2 on June 30th and now sitting tight here.  Wanted to ask @Greenbaum, as cant seem to get clarity, whether NVC are currently sending on applications to the respective embassies (in our case London, UK) or if they are holding the applications until a time at which embassies are able to start accepting and holding K1 visa interviews?

Currently, case files haven't been requested by the any embassy and so none are being sent. Stay tune to your embassy's website for further details.

Get yourself a copy of the PDF from the first page, first post of this thread where I outline every step of the way you'll take at this junction. I talk about how long and when, where and what are the phone numbers to use to get your case number. Currently you are too early for a case number to be assigned as your case hasn't shown up at NVC.

Congratulations!!  Hope you are celebrating!  Our embassy is also London, UK.

I'm afraid US travelers are not allowed to enter the EU.

The answer to your question would be yo post in the Germany/Regional subforum for your embassy. Use the blue ribbon at the top of this page, select forums, and then scroll 3/4 of the way down the page and look for your area.
