Looks to me as you have all your bases covered. Your court papers and your TOS will be important and if not included would cause a RFE. Good luck and stay engaged.

Mailed I-751 Dec 16, 2015 Submitted ROC (removal of conditions)

Received Dec 18, 2015 USPS notification of successful delivery

Check Cashed Dec 21, 2015 Check was cashed

NOA-1 Issued Dec 21, 2015 NOA-1 for ROC issued

NOA-1 Issued Dec 26, 2015 NOA-1 Received

Wow..  We mailed on 5th June and it was delivered on 9th June. I keep worrying 😂 still waiting for the NOA 1. Hope everything goes well.

Normal processing of the issuance for a NOA1 is about 2-3 weeks. You are earlier in your expectations. A couple of key factors to look for is 1) has your tracking indicated the package was received? 2) Has your form of payment been executed? Having those two completed then you are close to receiving your NOA1.

Hey.. Just wanna tell you guys, so I was just on phone with my fiance, asking him if he got any notifications like text message or anything from USCIS, he said nothing show up 😂 and once we ended the call,  he immediately call again only in less than 1 minute because he received the text message from USCIS. So, I got the text message on 15th June, dated 9th June. So you guys must hear something good too. God bless 🌹🌹🌹

I was also on the phone and the same exact thing happened to me (June 8 filing date), just a half hour ago! Such great news for everyone that the notifications are coming and good luck with your case!!!

We finally got the text message!!! They said that the letter is on its way! And they’re moving our case to California.

We also received the text messages last night at 6:40 PM EST. Will still be excited to have the I797 in my hands. 😁

 

And after that the real waiting game begins.
