Last month I sent the I-134 and supporting documents to the attorney in Amman that is handling my husbands case. From all that I had read, I assumed that I had to show that I made 100% of the poverty guidelines for the I-134, and that I had to show 125% at the time we filed the AOS after he was already in the States. Is that correct? I have read so many different things between here and all of the other sites, it has only added to my confusion. So what ammount did you include? The 100% or the 125%?

Okay, I went back and re read the USCIS instuctions and it does say you only need to show 100% for the I-134. This is the income I sent to the lawyer. I do have other income I can include, and have e-mailed the attorney to ask if I should send this information to him. I hope it's not to late!
