Hello all

My wife who is also the petitioner loses her job due to the Covid19 since April and she just filed for Unemployment benefits. Our case currently, is ready to be scheduled for interview as we submitted all documents including tax transcripts, pay stubs, promotional letter, W2 etc with the initial application in February. I don’t know what to do now. Will my application be denied as she currently doesn’t have a job OR should we just look for a joint sponsor on the interview date?.. Please help

If she's still unemployed by the time of the interview then you'll need a joint sponsor.
