RFE ( Unmarried under 21 child )

I am posting this on behalf of my friend . In 2019 April he filed I130 petition for his 16 year old Unmarried daughter Under 21 .About 3 months ago his Daughter case was transferd to local office and  Today he has received an RFE saying to submit I130A form ( Spouse Information for the child ) . But when he goes to USCIS CASE status it does Not say anything about RFE . Please check attached file and kindly help that what should he do about that RFE ?

is he filing for his wife also? the i130A is only for spouse's not children. so if not then there is a mistake and he has to call because they sent something incorrectly

I’m confused. Normally I’d say ignore case status and just respond to the RFE. But the RFE seems to assume it is a spouse and not a child being sponsored. Agree he should call to clarify.

Thanks everyone for helping . He has only petitioned his unmarried child under 21 . Which number he should call or how to respond to that RFE ? Once again thank you all
