AOS from K1 p.4 question 10

Hi All,

 

My AOS was rejected twice due to my inexperience with I944. Thank to this forum, hopefully my case will be accepted for the 3rd time.

 

However, while I was double checking everything before I send the packet out, I notice that in I485, there is a question 10 asking "Regardiless of the immigrant category you are adjusting under do you ..." under "Additional Alien Worker Information"

 

Does that question pertain to us AOS from K1 filers? or should I answer this question regardless?

Select "No" for each.
