Hello,

We submitted all our forms and it says it was all accepted on the NVC portal. We got a message that asked that we resubmit our joint-sponsor's 2019 W-2 form. This joint-sponsor is retired US Military, he doesn't have a job aside from a small business he runs. Almost all of his income comes from his pension.

I'm confused on whenever this is an RFE or not? It says all our forms were accepted, so why send the message?

This is not DQ - you would have a second message in that case, that states you are documentary qualified. In some cases they say that, and a missing document can be presented at the interview.

in your case, they accepted all submitted documents but need more documents to give you DQ.
