Hello all,

I'm helping a friend to fill our paperworks and stuff, and she's estimated to give birth at the end of July.

We're wondering if she sends all paperwork now, what should she do when the baby's born?

Do they need to fill out a new I-864 (since there's one more person in the household)?

Anything to keep in mind?

Would it just be easier to start the process after the baby's born?

Thanks and I wish everyone in the process of AOS get their things done fast and successfully!

You only need to count the number in the household at the time of filing, so leave the I-864 as is.

Just have a newer one prepared for the AOS interview, if you do get an interview.

Is now a US Citizen immigration completed Jan 12, 2012.
