CEAC message won't show, all accepted but no DQ?

Hi everyone. I got notice of a new message from NVC today. (Unfortunately not the DQ one I was hoping for) I have spent all day trying to get this message to show. I see it is a common problem. The title reads 'Need Document' but every single thing I have sent to them says Accepted. Has anyone else had this same problem? Why would it say need document if everything was accepted? :(

Sounds like people are checking early in the morning (think 1am) to see the messages.  The system is too overloaded during the day to show anything.

Same situation here NVC accepted all docs 6 week ago and  I still waIting DQ

I received an email to check my messages, but when I go to login to the CEAC website, it keeps showing an error 404 screen. I sent them an email via the inquiry form.

Even if everything else is accepted, they may want an additional document. Have you tried clicking to open the message and leaving your mouse on it and waiting 5 min? That worked for me and some other people too. Try other browsers too

You reference getting a DQ.  In my world, DQ is dis-qualified.  But you guys reference to it in a good way.  Can you enlighten me.

DQ at NVC means "Documentarily Qualified". It means they have received and accepted all required documents and you are ready to proceed to the interview stage.
