Can a Tier 2 customer service agent help with an obvious oversight? My wife's Petition was approved with my BC proving American citizenship yet my two Step-daughters received RFE's asking for my (already provided in the electronic application) BC.

Did you provide it once or with each petition

Which is it? Did you provide it only on your wifes petition or on all 3 petitions.

Sorry, missed the first part. It was provided in each of the 3 applications (which I can still see the BC for each case online)

Since I provided to ALL 3 petitions, do you have a recommendation?

I guess you could explain the situation in a letter and upload that. Be sure to include all the petition numbers.

Thanks TVC. Frustrating no one there can look at it! My immigration attorney suggested mailing them as well. I guess I will do that.
