I-864EZ rejected - did not sign by hand

Hi All,

 

two days I got a message on CEAC that my I-864EZ is rejected and need to resubmit after signing it by hand. I have resubmitted it now after signing it by hand.

 

My Question- I never received welcome letter from NVC when my I-130 was approved by USCIS. I ONLY received an email with Case number which I used to login and pay fees and submit documents. There were no instructions to sign by hand anywhere in the email or even on USCIS site from where I downloaded the I-864EZ form. Now after searching on this forum, looks like NVC provides hand (wet) signature instructions in the Welcome Letter, Is this true?  If yes, Can I contact NVC to request them to review my resubmitted form on an expediated base since I never received my WELCOME Letter and Instructions. I dont wanna wait again 2 more months : (((

No don;t waste time with that just resubmit the signed form. If you got case# you had to have gotten welcome letter it'd all inclusive. But the form itself request a signature.

The instruction to sign the form, is on the form.  What you want or do not want, is not relevant in this context.

Facts are cheap...knowing how to use them is precious...
