Hello All,

I am a US citizen and am petitioning for my wife. We had our interview on March 13, 2020. Everything went fine but we were handed a 221G form because the clinic where she had her medical exam did not send her results with enough time. They are sent electronically. We went for the medical exam 1 month before our interview. We came to find out the clinic did no send the results until 2 days before our interview. our guess was that it had not processed in the embassy yet. This is all in the Dominican Republic. Recently i checked the status of her visa application and it was updated back to READY. I am really confused and im really hoping they are not rescheduling our interview. What does everyone think?

Thank you all.

Just wanted to update everyone on my situation. My wife's status has now changed from READY to ISSUED.

Status changes after interview were REFUSED (administrative Processing), 3 months later changed to READY and one month later changed to ISSUED.

Hope this info helps anyone else who is waiting.
