It means nothing they dont decide if and when the embassy opens....they are open for business not the embassy

I dont know either. I only posted the update soo atleast someone could give a clarification what does it mean, soo far that is the latest update from their website since Apr 27th. I dont know but they said "visa applicant" i hope they open.

Ya I hope they open soon I think a lot is riding on if the lockdown get lifted June

Im with you, everyday its getting unknown. 

I emailed the slec and asked questions. I hope to get answers.

American Airlines cancelled my flight to Manila for June 8th from USA.

 

Lockdown is going to be on in Manila area until first of June, after that who knows what happens.  

 

I have a late August trip to Manila booked as well, I am feeling confident that one will happen.

Manila reopens but not the embassy yet, i dunno when exactly. I emailed the SLEC and responded in morw than 2 hrs.
