We got DQ on 29th April.

However when I log back into CEAC two of my civil docs are now showing as missing.

Its my police certificate and passport bio page

they were previously accepted

everything else is still accepted

has anyone else has docs go “missing” or incomplete once DQ

we also have an expedite approval From London - which they will accept once they are are open. I don’t want incorrect missing docs to mess that up.

I obviously have the documents to take to interview

We have same situation. My police certificate and bio page showing missing. It started show since we got DQ. We called NVC and they said on their side everything shows complete, it’s error of their system, they promised to fix it.

exactly the same has just happened to me! Got DQ but when when I logged it shows police certificate and bio page missing, even tho both uploaded and accepted. I have re-submitted it again for a sake of it. Does it affect DQ status?

Just a guess here... but could it be that the Police Certificate and passport are expired at this point?

I don’t know if be honest. We didn’t resubmit anything. We have appointment to interview already at 19th of October, but if I log in my account it’s still shows missing.

I ended up calling NVC. And after 58 min on hold lol  they said to disregard it. System says you're DQ, then you're DQ. and even if you re-submit any documents, it would be reviewed at an interview. So it doesn't set you back
