Fedex, UPS, DHL, and according to veterans not so worthy USPS, only because once it leaves USPS's hands ????  Be prepared for the price shock from the 1st three.  But, you gotta do what you gotta do.

Any options to scan documents and email to the embassy?

Thanks so much! Bit of a panic though. My case is in administrative processing and I have a year window to contact them which ends in three weeks. I just got this:

  Warm Greetings from 2GO Express!

Thank you for sending us your concern.  We would like to advise we have no acceptance of documents going to US Embassy as of the moment.

I had no idea there would be a pandemic or would have made yearly contact sooner.

I need to send documents to U.S Embassy Manila. Due to the pandemic is 2Go courier really the only option? Thank you. 🙏🏻

2GO is the only option.  Right now Manila is locked down and the embassy is still closed so there is no "rush" sending documents

Sending document TO the embassy, the person is IN the Philippines, 2GO is the only option.

You see, I knew I wasn't worthy yet to give advice.  Dang, should have trusted my gut feelings.  😏
