DO I NEED THE I-944 FOR SPOUSAL VISA?

I just completed my online application for the spousal visa,do I need to submit the I-944 Public charge rule form with my application ?

I will appreciate your comments.

Your posting history states you are already in the US via a K-1.....Exactly what did you submit????  The I-944 is not part of the spousal visa process.  It is part of the Adjustment of Status process.

I left the united states due to some of the requirements which I cannot provide before sending in my adjustment of status application,I read I have to do ealuation of my studies which will take a lot of time and will pass the 90days,the uscis offices are closed and no chances of getting the green card anytime son maybe until the end of the year,so I go an offer in Germany so I moved back and decided to file for i-130.I can't even make drivers license because all the dmv's are closed, it is really depressing. We called and they said they can't extend the 90days ,I can't finish the evaluation of credentials by may 26 and all aos submitted without i944 gets rejected. So we discussed and agreed going back makes more sense .The virus messed everything up

No, I-944 is only for Adjustment of Status.

You don’t do an evaluation of your studies, it done by a third party (see link) and can be done in 2-14 days depending on how much your prepared to pay.. 

 

i assume yall got married while while you were here? Basically you’re now starting over with consulate processing i944 isn’t relevant now, but there is another declaration DS5540 similar to it that is newly required..

Thank you all for your messages,yes we go married while I was there,so we will be going through the consular processing all over which we don't mind.

You didn't need to leave!  You just had to get married within 90 days.  Wow. 

Okay well what's done is done.  File the I-130 and start over.  

No the I-944 is not needed with the I-130 or any other part of the CR1 process.
