I have already sent all the paper work to my fiance. (affidavit  of support, etc). last I checked US embassy in London is not doing interviews. at this point I am a little lost. he can't get his medical, since it is shut. anyone in this position? I'm sure we have to wait till it all re-opens. the NOA-1 expires on June 12. thanks in advance

There are no visa interviews at this time.  When the embassy reopens for consular services, they will let you know.  The validity of the petition can and likely will be extended by London, but you could email and request that.

London will extend at the window at time of interview.   All you need to provide is updated statements of intent

YMMV

K1s have recently (last week) booked London appointments for early July. The clinic is open two days a week. They want emails for booking the medical until they are back in full operation.

See the UK forum on here and find the thread about appointments.

He needs his police report for the medical. Should have already ordered that.

The letter tells you to get your instructions from the website https://uk.usembassy.gov/visas/fiancee-2/applying-for-the-visa/

Check with Haiti. They may do it differently than London which only needs a new letter of intent from the petitioner brought to the interview.  Not all embassies do the exact same procedures.
