Anyone can you please help me! Only thing holding back my Nigerian husbands interview is his birth certificate we have one from magistrate court and another one from the national population commission as stated on documents needed not sure why it’s being rejected?! Any help!urgent!!!

In summary, it took 13 months for approval of the CR-1.  It took 44 months for approval of the I-751.  It took 4 months for approval of the N-400.   It took 172 days from N-400 application to Oath Ceremony.   It took 6 weeks for Passport, then 7 additional weeks for return of wife's Naturalization Certificate..

We have to know why it is being rejected. If you do not know then we can't help you. It could be a number of things. But the most important thing you can do now is find out exactly why the documents are being rejected.

If I may ask which interview? The birth certificate accepted widely is the one of yellow long form . If he don’t have that he need to go to national population commission and get the yellow long form type

It is the yellow form from national population commission how do I tell if it’s the long form? It’s just a yellow form with the  horse logo in the back and a seal.
