My case was received 01/30/2019

Biometric 11/08/2019

Last update case transferred to another office on March 2020. Does anyone know what this means please? My 18 months extension is about to expire and I can’t find my passport and expired conditional green card (I believe my ex husband took them during divorce process— he was just really mean). Anyway, does anyone know what case transferred to another office mean? And I’m a college student, can I still go to college and work if my extension expires. I don’t have a passport to get the stamp on— with everything closed I can’t get another one. And my home country embassy sucks anyway. Any advice will be appreciated please

Your status, itself,  does not expire when the extension letter does.  Only your proof of status expires.  You can continue school and work. But you need to find your passport......or get a new one.

Hi, I'm new to this, I wonder how you wrote a letter explaining your relationship and how it ended. For me, my break up hit me hard and it's like a memory I don't want to go back to, hence, the reason for me not being able to file my ROC after a year of divorce (my gc not yet expired). Please shed some light.

USCIS doesn’t care how the marriage ended, they just want documents showing that it was entered in good faith and the marriage was bona Fide. You don’t have to send any letter explaining why the marriage ended— they honestly don’t care
