Bad idea especially for Morocco.   But if you must, at least Certified Birth and Divorce Certificates, and your FBI report.  Here is the list from the US Embassy to help you:

Why not google US Embassy Morocco / Consulate Casablanca, American Citizen Services and see what they have to say regarding marriage in Morocco?

The above is true / not good to marry on 1st visit for these high fraud countries

and you will need long visit to marry as it takes time

and several smaller ones after to make the embassy approve

https://ma.usembassy.gov/u-s-citizen-services/local-resources-of-u-s-citizens/marriage-information/

what you need

1. birth certificate

2  if she is muslim she has to marry a muslim man so you need statement from IMAM that you are muslim

3.  divorce papers (original and you also need a copy for immigration so get 2 or 3 one for yourself)

4.  statement from employer for work about income or IRS tax returns

5   birth certificates of any children from previous marriage

6  helps to show property if you own any (not needed just helps)

7   criminal report (within last 90 days)

8   4 passport photos (cheaper to get in Morocco

9   passport bio page

10. written statement of intent to marry

BTW getting all these translated and copied in morocco is a big expense (6 copies of all hers and yours at $10 a page when i married in 2010)

all the steps to marry are on the above site as it envolves a lot of travel to Casa US embassy and Rabat and back to her to town

like we say go visit and meet her and family ,  get the family approval and take photos of all especially you with mother

and then return later to marry

if you marry on 1st trip ,  expect a denial and several more visits plus new application to be approved

going to make a further suggestion

before you marry and take on this immigration process,  check the poverty guidelines and make sure you have the 125% of poverty or above income to satisfy USCIS

it is hard to find a joint sponsor later

be prepared for the process to take at least 2 years as Casa has a long AP (administration process after the interview )   for both K1 and CR1 which usually means people are married more than 2 years and IR1 for the 10 year green card

and when you marry ,,  do a profile timeline as you are going to have question after question and a timeline helps the VJ community answer your inquiries

1st time meeting her and doing a marriage will be a red flag / make a short trip to meet and then a 2nd long trip to marry

do not send any photos of an engagement party just the marriage photos if and when you marry

and you are doing the right thing to marry and not try for a K1

and no,  not all Morocco girls are scammers / there are plenty of beautiful well intentioned women who are excellent cooks and wives and i love to go they there as they baby me

enjoy the watermellon and all the fresh fruit

I have whats app if you have any further questions,  write a personal message (or have her ciontact me)
