Hello everyone. I have a question please help.

 

How to make another acc username to CGI Portal? last March 2019 i applied as a tourist and i have no idea what account the agency made up for to make an appointment but i still have my old appointment. I was thinking to make a call and make another one. What what be the other way for this soo we can proceed and make the earliest appointment? I teally appreciate your answers, advice and any info. Thank you and Godbless!

Do you still have access to the email you registered with? 

If you don't, I you can mail CGI with all the details you have including name passport page etc and maybe they can restore access to your old account... If that does not work I don't see any problem in creating another account.

But the problem here mailing them will take for how many days? Do they have a contact number? I cant find it online. Im sorry

They usually respond in 48 hours or less
