Terribly sorry for your diagnosis and I wish you the best. 
 

I think the comment on Stage 4 vs Terminal was meant to help frame the communication to USCIS, not a comment on prognosis.

Wish you the best. Sorry to hear about your health issues. Well, I think it’s better to contact USCIS about it. But first fill the application online. At least they begin to process it. Plus now everything is so slow...
