You might have to call the Clerk of Court in NY to find out the process, bc they might need the SSN to process the divorce, but you want to make sure it's not in any public filings.  http://ww2.nycourts.gov/courts/1jd/supctmanh/county_clerk_operations.shtml

No you should include the whole thing but can request the information be redacted when the final divorce decree is done.

I already did, I printed out the forms and the Manhattan forms have the SSN on them but the Brooklyn forms only have the last 4 digits, this is kinda strange.
