AOS Medical Exam Expired

My K-1 and K-2 had medical exams in January 2019, and entered USA in July 2019 just in time, one day before the visa expired. Now we are filing for AOS in May 2020, but the medical exam is over 1 year old. Our previous two attempts were rejected in February and April because of the change in the 485 form, and for only including one 864 the second time. Has anyone been in this situation where the medical exam was over one year old? Is it possible they won't ask for another one?

They will ask for another medical. But you don't need to send it with AOS. You will take it straight to the interview.

Law changed in 2018 - 2 years!

OP is talking about foreign medical prior to K1 interview.

Correct - Sorry for the confusion.

 

Do be aware of the time you have to submit it after it being done.
