Hello everybody,

I need some guidance in regards to this. My wife's detailed Birth Certificate and the detailed Family Relation certificates were denied for the 5th time today. I've followed all the directions that they gave me on their website. I'm waiting 2 months after every submission for a response and they keep denying it. I do not know what i'm doing wrong or what i'm missing. Please see my attachment and please give me some advice.

Thank you!

Yes, i got what they wanted from that website. I called them yesterday to see if i can get more details about the rejection. They told me that they only saw one of the birth certificate in Korean. I'm so confused because when I click on the documents i sent on the CEAC website, it's everything that they need with the certificated English translations. All 4 papers. She just told me to delete everything and resubmit again. Now it's going to take another two-three months for them to respond. We've been trying to get this done for two years and i don't know if i need to lawyer up now.

After the NVC has told you exactly what to do, why would you want to hire a lawyer?
