I have a question I’m panicking right now because i was on travel doc and I made a huge mistake by putting in my email as a username instead of his and I changed it to his email so now it won’t let me get into the profile it keeps saying the account is already exists and his email address isn’t working because it’s so old and he can’t remember the password I’m freakin out because I just want to pay the visa fee so now I don’t know what to do please help 😭😭

Hi I’m really trying to say previously with the question I asked earlier about the visa fee was i started by using my email for travel docs as a username I’m the petitioner and my fiancé the beneficiary email isn’t working because he haven’t used it in years and he forgot the password so instead I used my email address and I thought I was supposed to use his email address instead of mine so I used his email address and now i can’t use it through my email address because it says it’s an existing account my question is it locked or do I have to make another email address because I don’t know what to do at this point it’s really bothering me because I want to pay this visa fee !!
