Affidivit of Support Required documents

We are at NVC stage. I need to which documents should we use. My wife is US Citizen and she is my primary sponsor. My point is that she never had or have a job and  i know we need a joint sponsor. My brother will be our joint sponsor.

I want to know which form should they fill and what to do. Because i dont know anything about it please let me know in details

Your wife and your co-sponsor brother will each fill out their own I864 form including any required evidence.  If you brother has a spouse, or other household members that contribute to a joint income, they would have to fill out an I864A.  I suggest you search for I864 in your favorite search engine and go to the USCIS website and review both the form and the instructions.

Note: your wife may be able to fill out the I864EZ if applicable given her income situation, but I am not certain of that.

You should become an "A" student of the I-864.  That is the form and supporting documents which both your wife and joint sponsor (each) must submit to demonstrate financial support ability.

Actually, reading the instructions for the I864EZ, your wife cannot use that form since she does not meet the income requirements as a sponsor.
