I see you already got the June 2019 I-751 thread. The July 2019 thread has guys from Houston, I included, who got their ROC approved last week.

Anyway, did you AOS and did you do an interview at the time of your AOS?

Immigration journey is not: fast, for the faint at heart, easy, cheap, for the impatient nor right away. If more than 50% of this applies to you, best get off the bus.

AOS = Adjustment of Status.

What Visa did you migrate from? And did you have an interview at the local USCIS office?

Hang in tight.

Maybe track your case online.

I cannot figure out what the holdup is. I believe you sent it to the correct address below.

But I'd suggest you hang tight.

So you used a lawyer? Just double check and make sure the lawyer:

1. Didn't screw up. There's been cases here where they did.

2. Sent it to the right address. Some assign this filling/ filing and mailing duty to their receptionists.

3. Didn't miss a correspondence from USCIS such as RFE etc.

You are fine, it does not sound like you are beyond the normal processing times.  ROC usually take 12 -18 months.  Once they reopen the local offices and begin doing interviews, things should hopefully return to normal.  We filed in November 2019, and while we hope for an approval with no interview, we still don't expect anything until at least the end of the year at the earliest.

You should fill out your timeline, then you can receive updates on your status based on everyone here at Visajourney that completes their timelines as well.

That usually gets sorted early-on at the lockbox stage: https://www.uscis.gov/about-us/directorates-and-program-offices/lockbox-intake/lockbox-intake-processing-tip-sheet "If you sent your application to the wrong filing location, we will forward your application to the correct Lockbox facility. If the application is not processed by a Lockbox facility, it is returned to the applicants. If applicants or their representatives have specific cases where this is not happening, you should provide additional information to Lockboxsupport@uscis.dhs.gov and we will make any required corrections."
