NBI registration help

We are having a hard time with the NBI website. It asks on the first page martial status and then asks for my wifes madain name (apelyido ng pag-kadalag) and my surname. But then after we register it lists my wifes madain name as her current last name and will not allow us to change it. Are we supposed to register her with her madian name and put her married name in the aka field?

Same here. My wife was just trying to book an appt.

I wonder if police clearance is sufficient? I see varying answers in the forums and most the posts are old. Of course would prefer to have both if possible but it might not be at this time.

Please let me know if you figure out a way to get the NBI clearance.

NBI is the only acceptable clearance.

YMMV

NO!    Must be the NBI!

Just have to be patient and wait for the lock down to end.

In another thread people are saying NVC is accepting a note saying you cant get the police clearance because of covid19 but you will get it and bring it to the interview. I'm gonna try that.

What thread is that? When is your interview date and why would you hold off on getting the NBI?

I cant schedule the NBI right now because of COVID19. But I want to submit my NVC docs. So I am going to provide a note explaining the situation. We do not have an interview date yet.

Just registered. But its impossible to book an appointment. Even for August or September. I hate this virus.

Are you saying you can't make appointments at this time or that slots are booked that far out? And where is this at... Manila?

Can't schedule NBI appointment.  NVC schedules the immigrant visa appointment

I hate how everyone is acting right now also, virus or not, it's ridiculous and unwarranted (Putting it politely ;) ) but My fiance just registered on the NBI Website and got an appointment for 5 days later. So I think it heavily depends on the area in which the appointment is being requested.
