Can't obtain 2019 Tax Transcript due to IRS shutting down transcripts by mail

Hi all,

 

We were just DQ'd recently at the NVC stage for a CR1/IR1 visa. When we uploaded docs, 2019 transcripts were not yet needed. I am worried that he will need it for the interview though. Currently the IRS is not mailing transcripts at all due to covid-19. The only way to get transcripts is online and no matter what I do, I can't get "verified" online to obtain them. The call centers are closed. Does anybody know a work work around? Will it be okay to just have my husband bring my t a x return and W2 for 2019 if he also has my 2018 and 2017 transcripts?

None.  Mary filed MFS so we could have her transcripts for ROC.   They can't verify the phone number and won't process a paper passcode or mail transcripts.
