Your benefit request has been accepted and is under review.

Does that mean, the new president ban has effect my case? are they still processing the cases or everyone is effected.

i called yesterday to USCIS, asked about my case and current ban, but he stated that they don’t have the enough information, every thing is on the website.

anyone else is in the same situation?

thank you in advance

It means your petition had been accepted and is in the queue to be reviewed.   Nothing to do with any EO.

YMMV

It means USCIS is processing the case.  Currently, IR-5 visas are not being issued at consulates, but USCIS is still processing petitions.

You have upwards of a year to gather documents because the petition processing takes time

sorry i didn't mean to say JUST SEND,  i file in December so if i understand you correctly its takes more then a year for process ? i was reading on the USCIS website for Potomac Center its take:

7 Months to 9 Months U.S. citizen filing for a spouse, parent, or child under 21.

so from December to May its 5 Months.

Thank you again
