So what did 44th do wrong? if both 44th and 45th committed the same crimes to the best of my knowledge both of them are not being punished that just politics

He did nothing wrong, that is why it cannot be explained. Bonus; there is added layer of cynical behavior as Barr has argued that not only Trump cannot be guilty of a crime while President, but that he cannot be investigated.

So using bureaucrats to attack political enemies is not an issue?  Btw, I don’t see there being any ramifications against 44, but there should be ramifications to the bureaucrats.

Again, for what crime? This newest theories from pro Trump circles makes it sound like Obama generated and approved of some plan to undermine the incoming administration.

Well, there was the meeting on January 5th where Obama knew more than his acting AG.  Regardless, Obama will not face any music, but hey, if Biden was also in that meeting, we should know what he did or what he knew.  What amazes me is all of the sudden Obama is playing the deflection game, is he getting nervous?
