I think in the given situation, once there is an opening we need to take advantage of it.  Have everything ready to go as these openings we get, may be temporary.

The CFO in Clark only has sessions for US spouses/partners once a week. Before the shutdown my fiance got an appointment there 1 month in advance. But if you have your visa now, you can get you sticker online at https://cfo.gov.ph/.

How do you get the sticker online?  The CFO website sucks and it's hard to navigate.  My translation software doesn't work well because of how it is setup.  What steps need to be taken to get the sticker?  My fiancee already has her visa in-hand and has already completed the GCP class with her certificate.  She just couldn't get the sticker because she went to the class before her Visa Interview.
