Document Translation - School Leaving Certificate

My parents live in Mumbai (Maharashtra, India) and they need to get their School Leaving Certificate translated from regional language (Marathi) to English. Does anyone know where and how they could get the doc translated to English in an acceptable format for US Consulate?

When I was in Delhi I had to convert my birth certificate from Hindi to English. I went to court in Delhi and they had bunch to translators who translated my certificate with a stamp on it. I am not if something like that can help. but my birth certificate was accepted here. I am not sure if they are open right now due to Covid. worth a shot!

You can have a relative or friend translate the document.  They just need to include a statement with their name, the date, and state that this is an accurate translation from ____ to English
