Here is a question that am having trouble deciding on and hope it don't sound silly. Ok, if am going to email my DS-3032 back to the NVC. What case number do I write on the email my CIS receipt # or my new NVC assign #?

Also here is another question, if I decide to just mail it to the NVC once receive from my wife. Its it ok if the letter containing the DS-3032 has my US address? Please give me straight forward answer and not any sites to visit cuz I done visited everything and am still a bit cloudly here. Thanks!!

Your NVC case # will be the one used in all correspondance with the NVC. I'm not sure if I understand the second question but if your wife appoints you to be her Choice of Agent it should be your address in either email, or on the actual DS-3032 form.

6/01/2009 - CSC received I-751

6/04/2009 - check cashed (fast!)

6/08/2009 - received I-797C (receipt date 6/01)

6/22/2009 - received Biometrics Appt. Notice

7/01/2009 - received rescheduled Appt. Notice

7/23/2009 - Biometr. Appt.

7/24/2009 - A touch, a touch!

8/20/2009 - APPROVED! Oh, glorious day!

8/25/2009 - Card production e-mail received

8/31/2009 - Card received. Error :(

9/05/2009 - Returned green card with evidence of error & I-90

9/16/2009 - received I-797C (receipt date 9/14)

10/27/2009 - Correct card issued

Ditto on the answers you got for question #1.

And on question 2, yes you can mail the DS-3032 you get from your wife from your US address. As long as it has her signature, you're fine.
