Signing and Sending the I-129f

Hello, 

 

Me and my fiancé are getting ready to send in t. our i-129f, I am currently in Mexico staying with her and her family while we wait out the quarantine. The problem is some original documents are at home in the U.S., which is my current official address so I would like to send everything from there. Will it be okay to sign the i-129f and then scan it and send it to my mom for her to send to USCIC from the U.S. Also can you electronically sign the i-129f or does it have to be by hand?
