Thanks for your reply. I saw two addresses in Texas where I send forms to a lockbox. This is the only, correct option?

Thank you.

Correct.  One address if you use USPS.......the other address if you use UPS, FedEx, or DHL.

Thank you for the reply. I'm sure this has been covered many times before. However, what would be an approximate total time from filing the i-129f to having your fiancee enter the US. She would emigrate from the Philippines.

With the current world pandemic it's anyone's guess. I filed my I129f in December. I'm still waiting for NOA2. My fiancee is also in the Philippines. Currently it's taking 5-7 months to process the I129F

After the petition is approved, still need to do medical, CFO and interview. Then you need to get out of the country. Travel bans and lockdowns need to be lifted for any of this to happen.

The USCIS Processing time site is based on current workflows. and assumes no RFEs. Add a month or so for NVC and usually a month plus for Manila.  But consulates are closed and will be backed up for a while.

Your application can be sent to either of two address's. One is for USPS and the other is for FedEx, DHL etc. Once at Texas the application is scanned and sent onto California for processing. Rare cases are sent elsewhere as they have special processing needs. Most stay in California until they are approved. So, you cannot choose your application processing center as it follows a strict path based on USCIS parameters.

You'll find a Filipino discussion sub-forum here https://www.visajourney.com/forums/forum/129-philippines/ where many topics are discussed and would be an immense help to you.

We need a little housekeeping on your end. Many of our answers are predicated on the information you supply in your profile. When we look at the left column and can't determine your timeline OR your Embassy it's hard for us to give you a factual answer. Our answers will sometimes be tailored to a specific Embassy hence the reason for you to complete your profile. If you look at the profile of others here, they have a flag for their country, so it makes it easy for us to reply as we can quickly determine their Embassy. The country that should be used is the country where the interview will take place.

So, if you could help yourself out and complete your profile that sure would help us out when we want to reply to your question with factual information.

Thanks

It's templated for me. I use a trigger word/phase and boom!! there it is!! Even if you ask someone many times, they ignore it.
