Can K3 Visa Help

I  am an US Citizen who had applied for my I-130 in March and waiting for approval. My wife is from India.  We both of us had previous marriages terminated and I am not sure if the country India and Previous could be the reason it would take more time.

 

Can I apply for a K3 Visa to get my wife earlier here?  Any advice

You can file.  A couple of people posted that filing seemed to trigger a bump

on their I130 approval.

 

Buy a lottery ticket on the way to drop off the package.  Your chances of a winning ticket are probably better than the chances of a K3 visa

The bump seems to have disappeared, yep get me a lottery ticket as well.

Hi I have filed my k3  and the day i was denied my i130 was approved. I say go for it. It can't hurt and it's easy to do.

I did not understand what you said about K3 Visa.  When did you apply for K3?  DId you K3  or I-130 get approved?  What got rejected I -130 or K3?

The I129F got rejected and I130 got approved just like we are describing to you
