From the VJ timelines Biometrics tend to be 30-45 days after filing.

Changing the time should be fairly simple by calling the number on the bio appointment letter, the only thing is sometimes USCIS fails to inform the remote office, and when you fail to show up for the first appointment that you thought you canceled, they mark you down as a no-show, and close the case.
