Hey all,

Me and my wife are preparing our RoC package to send away this is what we have so far is there anything we are missing or should this be suffice?

1- Application Docs:
*Cover Letter
*I-751 Application
*Copy of the Permanent Resident Card, front + back
*Checks - $595 filing fee and $85 Biometrics fee. Total = $680
*G-1145, E-Notification of Application/Petition Acceptance,

2- Driver’s licenses or IDs showing the same address
*Husband’s ID
*Wife’s ID

3- Property documents
*Rental Lease agreement in both our names
*Letters to our residence addressing both me and my wife from rental company

4- FINANCE
*Multiple Bank Statements with same address and shared expenses
*Verification account letter from bank
*Electric Bills Showing the same address
* Veterinary Invoices addressed to both
*Gym Membership agreement showing both names

5-Retirement / Health Insurance Statements:
*Wife’s account showing Husband’s name as beneficiary
*Husband’s retirement statements from showing Wife’s name as beneficiary

6- Tax Returns:
* Tax transcripts from past 3 years

7- Evidence of Intimacy
*Marriage Photos
*Vacation Trips
* Flight details of when we went on vacation to visit families.

8- Expected Child
*Ultrasound Photos/Reports – wife’s name
*Baby Shower pics when visiting wife family.

9- Other
Marriage certificate
Mail addressed to both of us from family friends,
Christmas card of us
Christmas cards to us
Photos

Questions:

*Am I correct in saying to only send photocopies and keep all originals?

*I need to post to the Phoenix, AZ address can you pay via credit card. I note it states "When filing at a USCIS Lockbox facility, you may also pay by credit card using Form G-1450" .....is the Phoenix, AZ USPS address a lockbox facility? I would rather pay via credit card than check so I can get a notification of when the payment is processed.

*Is the correct total amount $680.00, I read of some people having their package returned for the wrong fee amount.

*For the bank statements I printed out a monthly statement going back to 2017 with a period of 4/5 months in between statements is this fine or is every monthly statement going back required (this is a lot of paper)

Hope to hear from y'all soon, many thanks

Yes. Bring the originals if you have a RoC interview.

Yes, USCIS accepts credit and debit cards at that location.

Thanks for the reply, how does the information I have look? does this seem suffice for those who have had to submit RoC this year?

You have a nice selection of proof.  No one can tell you if it is enough or that USCIS will deem it sufficient.  But in MY opinion, it looks good!

You have enough but after submission of what you have right now, keep gathering more. Depending on the reviewing officer, you may be asked to submit more evidence (RFE) if USCIS wants to approve your ROC without interview. In most cases, they want to know if you are still married/living together. Goodluck.

No your right haha, we didn't fix the headings we just briefly laid it out in sections so we could go over each section before making a proper contents page.

Regarding photos how many should you include? We were planning on getting them printed rather than using printer paper....what is the ballpark figure that most people tend to send for a RoC package. We have lots of pictures to choose from over the years, which is good.

I am completing the i751 and have a few questions.

Part1:

Q7 - The Alien registration number is this the USCIS# that is on your conditonal green card?

Q9- I believe my USC wife has this though I do recall USCIS updated their site a few years ago where you could track this information, is there an easy way to obtain this value if we can not find any prior emails or should you just sign up for a new USCIS account to track the status of the application?

Part2:

Q22 - I note that this says "Have you resided at any other address since you became a permanent resident".  I assume that this means the start date on your conditonal green card and any other prior US address does not need to be included OR should you answer No but include a prior address from when you had an EAD card?

Part 7 - Am I correct in saying this is the section that the USC spouse would complete? I am confused as there is a part which is about the acknowledgement of appointment at USCIS ASC which you would assume is for the conditonal permanent resident?

Yes

You can write "NONE." Sometimes they issue one when forms are filed online. And sometimes they issue one when paper filings are given a case number that starts with "IOE." I was given an USCIS account number when I paper filed I-821, Application for Temporary Protected Status.

Correct

No. Part 7 is filled out by the conditional LPR. Part 8 is filled out by the USC spouse. I-751 is a joint petition but the conditional LPR is the main petitioner.

Thank you for all the replies, going back to the USCIS Online Account number question I read that sometimes this can be on a NoA though I looked previously and could not find any...do you need to write none or is it suffice to leave blank.

As I don't have a middle name in part 7 it does not auto populate my first initial and last name for the statement part though it did for my wife as she has a middle name. I guess when we print the form I can just write this in via pen when we sign the form.

Either is fine.

Correct

Thank you, regarding the USCIS online account number my wife had a login for the initial petition years ago, though when logging in we don't see anything and I can't find any information on a NoA other than an alien number.

I assume including this would allow you to track the case online though by completing the G1145 you also receive the same notifications?

If you don't include a USCIS account number you'll still be able to track it online. There is an option to add paper-filed case number on the portal.

Do you mean when you receive the NoA you can input the receipt number online to track?...I believe that is what we did previously.
