F1 to AOS

Good evening! I am new to this forum and I want to make sure that I will submit my AOS correctly. I came to the USA with a F1 visa in 2016. I met my wife many years ago in my country, we reunited in the USA many years after and we fell in love. We just got married. What forms should we fill out for the AOS? thank you

Forms mailed: April 16, 2020

Delivered at Chicago Lockbox: April 17, 2020

Texts received: April 22, 2020

NOA1 in mail: April 25, 2020

Biometrics: Pending 

I131 and I765 NOA2: Pending

I130 and I485 NOA2: Pending

 

rude people here... this couple asked a question and no one has bothered to reply!!! can someone be kind and nice enough to answer their question?

Please follow These guides. If you’re in US, file I130, I131 petition for Alien spouse and for AOS file I485, I864, I131, I765, I944. Please check your specific case for exact forms you will need.

her husband came with an F1 visa, they just got married and are trying to submit AOS.... so question, the I130 and I 131 gets submitted with the I 485? at the same time? and what the fee?

If he is in US and She is a citizen then yes, they can file concurrently. Use this to calculate fee https://www.uscis.gov/feecalculator.

Follow this guide - You just don't need the I-944 right now.

We had our biometrics appointment yesterday - In and out in about 10 minutes, and even though it was coded as a 2, they did all fingerprints - Woke up this morning to two status updates:  Biometrics complete for EAD and AOS!

Not at this time:

For applications and petitions that USCIS adjudicates on or after July 29, 2020, pursuant to the SDNY injunction, USCIS will not consider any information provided by an applicant or petitioner that only relates to the evidence required by the Public Charge Rule, including information provided on the Form I-944 or any supporting documentation included with that form, or information on the receipt of public benefits in Part 5 on Form I-539, Part 3 on Form I-539A,  Part 6 on Form I-129, or Part 6 on Form I-129CW, or any additional documentation pertaining to the public benefit condition. Applicants and petitioners whose applications or petitions are postmarked on or after July 29, 2020, should not include the Form I-944 or provide information about the receipt of public benefits on Form I-485, Form I-129, Form I-129CW, Form I-539, or Form I-539A.
