NEED ADVICE!!!!!!

So I have finally gotten my case sent to the NVC I paid all fees and uploaded all of the paperwork.  The problem is, because of Covid-19 the office in Jamaica where he would get his police certificate is not processing those at this time.  I have tried to call around a few places but I wasn't getting anywhere.  I don't know what to do, I don't want to prolong my case for this one document.  UGHHH I'm stressed out.  He happens to have a previous one but it more than a year old, so I know that doesn't count.  So do I just have to wait for when ever the Pandemic ends, who knows when that would be.

Yes. Until all required documents are received and approved, the NVC processing will be in hold. You will be waiting until the issuing agency recommences issuing the police check
