When I save my the bio page of my passport as a pdf file, the passport page takes the whole page (portrait). Is this alright? I mean, I dont want it to look as if I zoomed it.

What did they tell you to do when you called? Something you could consider doing is either including a formal, signed letter of explanation along with an explanation in the portal text  box when you upload the document again. I know that carries some risk because it is technically "combining documents" (the letter and the marriage certificate), and they are super weird about that I have heard. However, we did that with one of our documents that we wanted to explain, and it worked.

I finally got it sorted out and DQ'd. But just another example of their idiotic ideas.
